"High touch, client centric Agent that goes above and beyond in every dimension I unreservedly say that Sheela is the best Realtor I have ever worked with, and believe her to be outstanding in her role. While there are many things I can point to, here are three I would call out that a prospective client will appreciate: • Vision – At the start of the process, Sheela painted a vision of what the house should look like, and the steps (and investments) needed to best position the house for sale. As I reflect back now on the conversation we had, everything played out exactly as she planned for. • Project Management – The property we sold was “dated” to put it kindly--It needed a tremendous amount of work, and being out of town, Sheela stepped in and managed many providers (roofers, junk haulers, carpenters, painters, gardeners, cleaners, stagers, etc). Sheela both sourced several providers, managed estimates and negotiated better prices for us. She managed all these details with grace, especially given the context of the banter between my Co-Trustee and myself. • Communication – Sheela is an amazing communicator. As mentioned above, there were an incredible number of moving parts that she seamlessly orchestrated and we never once had to chase her on the status of any of the work streams. We received many clear and concise updates, as well as a “Monday” status report which helped us understand the status and what to expect next. This built and maintained confidence for us at every step at the process despite our being located several states away.
