RECENTLY REDUCED & READY TO SELL

Sometimes a property listed for sale can include many of the requirements to be considered a good buy (location, size, quality, amenities, etc…), and still not sell right away. In this (perceived by many), uncertain Real Estate market, and with the limited inventory available, often buyers are hesitant about making offers, or are waiting for the next great thing to hit the market.

Many homes that seem to be great deals, but remain on the market a few months or more, can become what are often referred to as “stale” listings, and sit virtually unnoticed until the perfect buyer comes along, or until the sellers simply take that property off the market.

Then there are other homes who’s sellers decide to offer a reduction in price one or more times, in an effort to revitalize interest from agents and buyers and find that price point where the home will receive serious offers and sells. The key is not to just chase a price point down, but to continue to market the best attributes of the home and compare it to other sales and listings in similar price ranges.

All that said, in this article today, I am focusing on a few homes that have been on the market a while now, that I feel were good deals even at a recent and previous price. Now, with these homes having put forth a price reduction, I feel they may be even more attractive to buyers in their price ranges and wanted to share them with you now.
