There have been some great new listings this year in Montecito and I have mentioned many in my articles the past couple of months… and many of these recently mentioned new “best buy” listings have sold already. In fact, 75% +/- of the homes that sell in Montecito come from my best buys list of picks.
When I looked at the current “best buy” inventory, I thought I’d focus on a few homes that have been on the market a while, or have come back on the market recently with price reductions… and more importantly for many, these homes featured here today are all under the Montecito median price range, and all are listed under $2,000,000.
